MAPFRE Insurance is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. To ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality products and valuable services, we actively seek feedback from the customer.

Beginning in May 2022, we will be inviting customers to participate in our Relational NPS survey. The survey will be sent to a representative sample of Massachusetts personal lines (auto and home) insureds, as well as customers who have recently canceled their policy with us. Surveys will be sent on an ongoing basis until we have enough responses to produce reliable results.

The data obtained through the survey responses will allow MAPFRE to enhance the customer experience through innovative products and services. Please encourage customers to participate in the survey. If you are a MAPFRE customer and receive a survey, we encourage you to share your opinions with us as well.
