In May 2022, we will begin our Commercial Auto system conversion from CollaborativeEdge (legacy system) to Guidewire.
Some important information for you and your teams to be aware of:
· Renewal policies will convert daily, 30 days prior to effective date. Exceptions would be for policies flagged for Underwriter review.
· Commercial Auto legacy (renewal) policy numbers will remain unchanged.
· The same billing system will be utilized for a seamless transition for your insureds.
· The conversion process will begin with Commercial Auto policy renewals effective July 1, 2022 and later.
This Commercial Auto systems conversion is another important step in our Digital Transformation. Upgrading our systems and modernizing policyholder materials will allow for greater efficiencies, easier understanding of coverages, and improved overall customer experience.
